In the Bird Pro series, GESIPA relies on the manufacturer-independent CAS battery system. More than 180 electrical devices - but only one battery system! With the Cordless Alliance System, or CAS for short, tools from a wide range of applications can be easily combined with one another, thanks to standardized batteries and chargers. GESIPA is now also one of the participating manufacturers and the CAS system is being expanded to include battery-powered riveting tools. The CAS battery packs are particularly durable and powerful. Depending on the version, they are based on Li-Ion or LiHD technology. The setting tools can be purchased from GESIPA with 2.0 Ah battery packs as standard - the compact 4.0 Ah battery is available as an accessory. Of course, all other available CAS battery packs can also be used with our Bird Pro devices.
With the brushless motor and 13,000 N setting force, the AccuBird Pro is extremely fast and sets blind rivets up to 6 mm in diameter of all materials. The AccuBird Pro's BLDC motor is extremely durable and almost wear-free. Compared to standard cordless tools, the setting process is up to 4 times faster and comparable to pneumatic-hydraulic blind rivet setting tools. The optional auto-reverse function further shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is immediately ready for work again. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has been tried and tested a thousand times over.
