X-20 Coolroom and Freezer is a single pack one application spray on system that deeply penetrates new or old concrete. X-20 Coolroom and Freezer penetrates deeply into the concrete matrix permanently waterproofing the concrete and providing long term protection from contamination ingress. X-20 Coolroom and Freezer is also used as a penetrating sealer, creating an impervious finish.
